Mozac builds automations that run directly inside your own tools and cloud accounts wherever possible. Unlike traditional multi-tenant software platforms that centralize and store customer records on third-party servers, we aim to build inside your accounts so your data stays with you.
Workflows are designed to process tasks and evict temporary buffers once the task is complete. We do not store copies of your private customer records on our systems.
We will never sell, rent, or monetize your business information for any secondary purpose.
AI model training rules
Your business records, customer details, and workflow prompts are never used to train public AI foundation models.
When commercial foundation models are used, we configure business accounts where data is not used for model training and is discarded after processing according to the provider’s terms. We tell you which provider is involved before work begins.
